PATCH TESTING
Patch testing is required at least 48 hours before any lash, brow, or hair treatment that involves tinting or colouring. This includes Henna Brows, HD Brows, Lash Lifts, Brow Lamination, and all hair colouring services.
Patch testing applies to all new clients, as well as existing clients, if it has been more than 6 months since your last treatment or if there have been any changes to your medical history since your previous visit.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to a recent increase in clients not attending scheduled appointments, we have had no option but to introduce a cancellation policy. This helps ensure we do not incur significant losses when appointments are missed or cancelled at short notice, as we still have overheads, staff wages, and other operating costs to cover.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment cost.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or failure to attend without notice, will incur a charge of 100% of the treatment cost.
We completely understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. In such cases, we ask that you be open and honest with us so we can review the situation and, where appropriate, waive the charge.
